Whether it's developing a custom marketing plan or helping someone find their dream home Alex prides himself in his ability to understand his client's needs and exceed their expectations. Originally from Charlottesville, VA, he attended James Madison University where he double majored in Geography and Anthropology. Alex's intrigue with real estate led him to beautiful Palm Beach, Florida, where for two years he assisted a top-producing broker in every aspect of the business. Alex came to DC because he loves the multicultural aspect and how this hub of government activity for the entire country attracts such bright, successful people. He is excited to be a part of The Edelmann Love Group where he has chosen to add to the teams experience in the Rosslyn area by focusing on Rhodes Hill Square and Prospect House developments. Alex currently lives along the Columbia Pike corridor in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of Arlington. He enjoys the diversity of the housing, local restaurants and shops. With the Pike corridor expected to add 7,300 residents by 2040 he sees a lot of value and potential in the area.
